Return Policy
Unused Products: Fully sealed (still in cellophane) unused tanning products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Used Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for custom or personalized products.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
